Tealight candle card for christmas

Hello friends,
Before I show you my card, I´d like to share something else. My three-year-old son was obsessed of having a chainsaw. Finally my husband took a piece of cardboard and made it for him! Low budget - so much joy!

Forest fairy baby

Hei-hei,

Kallid sõbrad, esitlen teile oma esimest metshaldja beebit. Keraamika tunnis tegin talle eluasemeks puu, mille kaunistasin lillede ja pärlitega, haldja voolisin fimost ja selga sai ta ka sulgedest tiivad. Kuna ta magab, katsin ta tekiga, milleks sai palmi koor. Kuna haldjad on hullult armsad tegelased, siis teen neid raudselt veel ja veel!
I have been a busy-busy honey bee...so here is my first forest fairy baby, she rests on top of the tree. I made that tree in pottery class and decorated it with pearls and paperflowers. That fairy is made of fimo and has feather wings with a glasstones on it. As she sleeps, I put a palm tree bark as a blanket on her. I will definitely make more fairies in the future, they are just so cute!

I was invited to a birthday of twins, a boy and a girl and I made them a card, that had pink and blue shades in same time. I used melly moo´s freebie, hope you like it

pumpkins on my window

Paljud inimesed on juba omadega jõulude lainel ja teevad ettevalmistusi, mina veel ei kiirusta ja naudin täiega seda mõnusat sügist. Rõske muld, kirjud lehed ja mõnusad suured kõrvitsad aiamaal. Sügiseks pole ma erilisi kaunistusi koju teinud, nüüd siis tekkis idee, mida nägin saksa käsitööajakirjas fensterbilder.

Some people are already preparing for christmas, I still love this golden fall. Trees are colorful, moist in the air and big pumpkins in my garden. I haven´t really done any decorations for this fall, so this is my first but certainly not last for this season. I found this idea from a german craft magazine Fensterbilder, and this is how mine turned out

Ostsin käsitöö poest ühe vana ajakirja Creativity, selles on palju lahedaid ideid ja pealekauba oli lisana kaasas silikoontemplite komplekt kronoloogia. Proovisingi siis oma uusi templeid, luues ühele toredale lasteaiaõpetaja abile ajateemalise karbi ja kaardi.

A few days ago I spotted an old creativity magazine in my favourite craft store. It came with a clear stamps set called chronology. So the first project for me to try out my new stamps, was a box and card for a preschool teacher. Just to say thank you for being there for our children.

Fimo and laces

My friend´s 6 year old daughter is celebrating her birthday tomorrow and I made her ocean themed jewelrybox from some old cardboard and a bedroom wallpaper leftovers lol .I made a waterfairy out of polymer clay (debby`s tutorial on youtube) and decorated it with pearl pen, glitter dust and a glitterliner. Then I added some lace, pearls, seashell charm and a small tag, that says "Katriine`s wonderland."

wooden box with a vintage attitude

Hello again, I bought a wooden box with a glass lid from local craft store. I had like a thousand ideas how to decorate it, but here´s how it turned out:

 So how did I do it: I used two different cracking varnish kits, also distressed inks to give colors. Outside the box is painted with acrylic colours and the different paint layers will appear from the cracks. Inside the box, every corner has its own theme and papers used. Hope you like it, despite of my poorly done photos.
