Alice in wonderland mini album

Dear friends around the world, this here is world of wonderland!
My friend´s daughter came to me and asked for a mini album for a valentine´s day. Ok, so the theme was Alice in her world based on T. Burton´s movie. Seems easy to you maybe, but to me, it was a difficult challenge. Here in Estonia, I haven´t seen any special theme kits and papers in craft stores. When I watched these beautyful albums already made in youtube, then all the authors were talking about "papers from this collection of alice in wonderland and these paper kits came with tags and...." Ok, I didn´t want to waste any time by searching and ordering things from net, so I had to improvise. At first I printed out some pictures from the movie posters as she wanted and used them as an inspiration. My time was short, little girls can be so impatient :p.
This is how the cover looks like:

The album can be closed with a chain and the teacup is a wooden embellishment, that I coloured with pigment ink bads.

Mystical birthday...

Since all the little girls in age 6-10 are in total monsterhigh madness here in Estonia, I decided to make a birthday card in that theme. So here it is, I used Jade Dragonne´s digi called ghost and the gargoyle and painted it with watercolour pencils, adding some gemstones and glitter glue.

Birthday card

I´d like to share with you my latest card. I made it for a little girl, who now is two years old. Happy birthday!!! I discovered from my suplies an old bookmark (I´m not sure, if this is a correct word for it, but we use to collect such pretty pictures in  my childhood).

Tealight candlecard 2

Heia-heia!

My mother asked me to make a card for her friend´s 50. birthday. Keywords for me were: energetic and chic. Immediately I thought about making a card with sassy´s image pin up martini. I colored it with watercolor pencils, added feathers, pearls, lace, resin hearts and of course - candles (irish whiskey and coffee-mmm they smell nice). So here is how it turned out...

notebook for new year!

Hello friends!

Finally.....I made myself a mini notebook for this fresh year, with all new fresh ideas to write somewhere. It is everything I need: small, a place for a pen, lots of pockets and a stack of notepaper to give away. Most of the papers are recycled and I made this ceramic button to close the book.

Nonii-nonii...lõpuks võtsin end käsile ja tegin selleks värskeks aastaks ka endale uue märkmiku, kuhu kirjutada uued värsked mõtted. Selles on kõik mida vajan: see on pisike, koht pastaka jaoks, palju väikseid taskuid (alati on vaja kviitungeid jm.kuhugi panna) ja lisaks kleepuv märkmepaber, mida infoga laiali jagada.

Tealight candle card for christmas

Before I show you my card, I´d like to share something else. My three-year-old son was obsessed of having a chainsaw. Finally my husband took a piece of cardboard and made it for him! Low budget - so much joy!

Forest fairy baby

Hei-hei,

Kallid sõbrad, esitlen teile oma esimest metshaldja beebit. Keraamika tunnis tegin talle eluasemeks puu, mille kaunistasin lillede ja pärlitega, haldja voolisin fimost ja selga sai ta ka sulgedest tiivad. Kuna ta magab, katsin ta tekiga, milleks sai palmi koor. Kuna haldjad on hullult armsad tegelased, siis teen neid raudselt veel ja veel!
I have been a busy-busy honey bee...so here is my first forest fairy baby, she rests on top of the tree. I made that tree in pottery class and decorated it with pearls and paperflowers. That fairy is made of fimo and has feather wings with a glasstones on it. As she sleeps, I put a palm tree bark as a blanket on her. I will definitely make more fairies in the future, they are just so cute!
